Easy savings account

RCi is an internet only bank account and was very simple to set up. I have had positive experiences communicating with RCi and set up a direct debit straight away from my current account to this my savings account. I can access my money anytime I like and as many times as I like during the year. Also the interest rate is very competitive given the freedom I have with RCi. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

Kept up to date with my savings great customer service

A bank that says "Thanks"

On the face of it there's little to differentiate on-line banks. They keep your money safe and pay interest. From a day-to-day perspective we stay happy until the website breaks. RCI's website has not broken so all ok. So, why 5 stars? Somehow RCI make me feel like we have a relationship. Little things like a text to say thanks when I make a deposit. Fast friendly and helpful

Whilst every other company blames Covid and keeps you on hold for hours I found response to my phone query was quick,cheerful and informative. This has been a consistent experience whenever I've phoned for advice. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

On line service so easy to use.

The banking on line is so easy to use when depositing money and withdrawing. I like the fact that when I do deposit money into my account that I receive a text to say thank you for the deposit which confirms they have received it. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

Great Experience till date, a Bank which honors Business-ethics.

I have the Freedom Savings Account with RCI Bank, since 2020. I have till date found RCI-Bank's service to be straight forward, easy, and Trust-worthy. It is comfortable to manage the Account, online. All investments are secured through FSCS (Max. up to GBP 85000). There are no maximum limits per day, when sending money to one's linked Account. The Bank recently increased the Interest-Rate to 0.55%, thus being on par with other Competitors, thus attempting in retaining the Existing Customers. Overall, my experience has been very satisfactory till date, with RCI-Bank. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
