Help after bereavement

All of the RCI Bank staff have been very kind and helpful, following the death of my husband in 2024. It is very easy to speak to someone on the phone, and the website is very user-friendly. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Good communication.

Very easy to use the account on the website or with their App. Transfers to and from my current account are easy to set up and the funds transfer is fast with no penalties. Very competitive savings rates and excellent responsive communication.. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
