Fantastic company

Very pleased we became customers of RCI Bank, we have never had any issues with them and they are easy to contact ,the nicest thing about the bank is you get to speak to someone and don't have to wait long to be connected .we are very happy with the way our account is run and the regular updates we receive .I would not think twice about recommending this bank to anyone . Plain straight savings account

RCI Bank - Happy customer

Whilst interest rates have been low for a long time, RCI adjust their rates promptly and competitively. It is convenient for me to keep some money in an instant access account. Many banks offer a fair rate for a year then drop that rate meaning that the customer needs to regularly move money. I have now been with RCI for almost 4 years.
