Easy to use and excellent customer service

I use my freedom savings account with RCI to save money for Christmas each year. It’s easy to access but not so easy that I can dip into it. Withdrawal takes 48 hours so there is no temptation to spend my savings on impulse. On the occasions I have needed to contact customer services I have managed to talk to a human and they have been very friendly and helpful.
