Trouble-free savings

I've had no problems at all in managing my savings account. Deposits and withdrawals have always been actioned in a timely fashion and I am regularly informed about changes in conditions etc. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Excellent Customer Service & Good Interest Rate

RCI have very good personal customer service - I believe they are UK call centres and whenever I have spoken to someone they are very polite and customer focussed. On top of that their rates are always good - maybe not market leading, but would think in top 20% of savings account. I always know that I'll be getting a decent rate and don't need to worry about this dropping significantly compared to bank of england base rate. I have recommended to at least 3 others who have taken out accounts. Easy to transfer money to and from my current account too. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
