A bank for people like me

I opened my account practically when the bank started trading in the UK. I have not been disappointed. I wanted a proper instant access savings account and that's what I got. I can withdraw money when I like and make deposits the same way. I like that I have the freedom to do this. Most instant savers these days allow you a couple of withdrawals a year and then that's it. You either don't take your money out or suffer a loss of interest. Call me old fashioned but as far as I am concerned that's not easy access. I think that is one of this banks strengths. It does what it says on the tin. I have occasionally had to contact them. It hasn't been a problem and all sorted out without a fuss. They are patient and very helpful. All this a a good rate of interest into the bargain. I have no complaints about this bank. Must be because there is nothing to complain about. I have been very happy with my dealings with RCI and will continue to deal with them in the future. A proper bank for people like me. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025
