I've been with RCI for around seven years and my experience has been 100% positive: reliable service; never any problems with transactions; website is clear, simple and user-friendly; easy to run the account online; interest rates highly competitive. RCI are prompt to inform me about important account information and interest rate changes, but they never spam me by trying to sell their other products. All-round great service, highly recommended.
