Worth the setup

I primarily use the online banking app which is easy to use and has good security. I do get sent quite a lot of emails and some important ones can get mixed up with the standard marking type which can make it hard to discern which ones need attention. Overall, I am very happy with my freedom account and the respectable interest rate regardless of the decline since it's been setup. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

What’s not to like?

We have accounts in 3 other banks/ building docs and RCI is hands-down the easiest to use. Interest rates are excellent too, given the current financial circumstances. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

HAPPY MAKING MONEY

I never have an issue accessing my finance or accessing the website/app. They constantly keep me updated with changes to the account in plain language that I understand and can action. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
