Customers come first

I have been with RCI Bank for 6 years now and have no intention of leaving! I am very happy with their service, from little things like thanking you when you make a deposit, to keeping you informed of new products/innovations. The bank treats established customers well, giving them the benefit of attractive rates, rather than reserving these for new customers. The online banking facility is great - very secure and easy to navigate. A mobile banking app is on offer, but I don't do any banking 'on the go' so can't comment on it. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022
