I have had a freedom savings account for a few years...

I have had a freedom savings account for a few years now. RCI always give a pretty good interest rate. They keep me in the loop at all times about anything that will affect my savings, as well as other investments that may be a better option. I can't fault them. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

I recently had a problem accessing my online bank ac...

I recently had a problem accessing my online bank account and rang for assistance. The employee of RCI Bank I spoke to was extremely helpful and we did eventually sort it out. She was very patient with me and ensured that I know there is a very good help line to help sort out problems. I also like that if the bank offers new customers an enhanced interest rate they also give it to existing customers. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

U.K. Call Centre/Quick Clearances/Great Rates.

I manage my account online, but, upon the rare occasions that I have phoned the call centre, I have had my call answered very promptly and by a courteous, friendly and knowledgeable member of staff.
