Hands-on not automated

Saffron offers a more manual retention process than some other lenders, but that being said, the speed to issue the offer was less than 24 hours. The mortgage rates and product fees are very competitive when compared to the retention rates offered by other lenders. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Brilliant service from Kim

Kim has been brilliant for the last couple of years with various changes I needed to make on my mortgage and securing follow-up rates.
