BTL Mortgage Product Transfer Experience

Friendly and prompt response and ability to talk to a knowledgeable person very quickly which is appreciated. Administratively still requiring wet signatures is tedious and not ideal for the environment. Product transfer options limited and uncompetitive. Reviewed on: 8th February 2024

No contact regarding changes

Your company arbitrarily decided the change and lower the amount it was drawing for my mortgage repayment when I had given specific instructions for a set amount to be standard. It then took me some time to be able to make contact with you as I do not have access to my online account with your company.
