People focussed!

Saffron have a great manner of customer service- people focused and approachable, professional and knowledgeable, clear responses and instructions if required. I spoke with lisa Howard today- wonderful! Listened well, professional and knowledgeable friendly- with a wealth of knowledge that was delivered in a totally non-patronising way. Lisa showed humour and interest in me as a customer and human! Poor lady- her ears are probably bleeding!!! Inspired trust and want her to be my new best friend! Mortgage Retention
