Understanding listening and helpful staff

I think I spoke to a lady today called Cloe about my mortgage. She was so helpful and understanding. She just made me feel so much better. Although I had to digest some of the information and called back later she was just as helpful. She explained so much in such a simple way. I have always found the staff very accommodating.
