The customer service is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff that really helped and got stuff done. Lisa was particularly good. the rates themselves remain high. Higher than competition. The reason I stay is for convenience. Hence high rating, but would not recommend. Reviewed on: 16th May 2025

Friendly and helpful but limited options

The person I spoke to today was friendly and helpful and understood my needs. However, I am a little disappointed with the options open to me as I will probably have to be tied into a 2 year deal at a fixed rate that is higher than I currently pay, and which will probably look even worse as interest rates continue to fall. I would have preferred a tracker at a more comparable rate to that which I am currently on. Reviewed on: 13th May 2025
