Clear and efficient advice

the advisor was very helpful WHEN i eventually got through on the phone and answered all my queries efficiently and clearly. However the phone line was very annoying. I had to call about fur times before I actually managed to get through to anyone. On the first three occasions it kept on repeating the options even after I pressed the correct one - it just acted like I hadn't not. Very frustrating. Reviewed on: 10th June 2025
