Knowledgeable and professional..

Kim from Retentions receives 5 stars. She was very knowledgeable and professional over the phone. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Saffron, however, scored a "neutral" score for "value for money". It is great that they have products for overseas residents, but it is a shame their rates are not competitive when compared to their domestic market products. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Exactly optional customer service from Lisa. Where there is an opportunity to improve is to make your retention rates more competitive vs other lenders. If you could put in place a small fee to offset the rate change this may be a better approach. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Great service, solid products, actual humans

I've been with Saffron for almost 5 years. They were one of the few that could offer the financial product I needed. But over those years the communication has been excellent, and today I called them and a human being answered straight away! That is unheard of these days.
