Your staff are obviously trained/instructed not to give advice, so sometimes it was too difficult to get a yes/no answer to what was clearly a yes/no question. Staff were universally polite. You have an excessive list of e-mail addresses. Reviewed on: 29th December 2022

We had difficulty trying to prove our Dubai address. We were pleased that eventually we were able to get the Mortgage as it had gone on for some months and we were about to give up moving the mortgage across. Reviewed on: 26th December 2022

easy to transact, could be digitised. Also, I feel that while your products are reasonably priced, they're from from attractive. I reluctantly took out this product due to intertia. If that is strategy, you won. Not sure its wins long term. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2022
