I wanted to speak to SBS about an SBS mortgage. Apparently that is not possible; you referred me to a mortgage broker who was unable to advise only on SBS products. It seems like you have abandoned the idea of having a sales force. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

I started my Switching Request a bit late, because I was hoping that the rates would go down, and could I have quite easily missed the deadline, however much empathy was shown. As a result I received our illustrations within 24 hours Reviewed on: 10th December 2023
