i simply wanted to fix the rate for the remaining 5 years of my mortgage. It proved to be impossible. There was no flexibility and it would have been treated as a new mortgage and subject to the £9700 penalty. Promised call back not made Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

There was a period in the handover between teams where it went a bit quiet and we had to chase, but nothing substantial, and as above, Ben was excellent at sorting it. Reviewed on: 13th January 2022

My issue was minor so easily solved. Ideally your annual statement you send out for buy to let mortgages would be for the financial year. It would be a lot easier. Reviewed on: 14th December 2021
