Excellent service

I was trying to set up an icer and it was for me quite complicated - I had to set up a new account although I have several different accounts with you. I had to ring your helpline 3 times - the last of which was wondering where my money was after 3 days as it had left one account and not landed in the other - I was answered by Zoe and she along with the other 2 staff members could not have been more helpful . I have never had a call answered so promptly and all your staff were very knowledgeable and sorted me out clearly making sure I knew what to do. Required advice and help in moving savings for our Grandchildren into higher interest rate Saffron accounts. Zoe was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
