Fantastic Service

As an OAP, I struggle with any modern technology but now find havinng to go out to branches is getting more and more challenging. It was suggested I might find "on-line" useful, so Chi very patiently talked me through everything over the phone until all was set up and working properly. She was a shining example of good old fashined "customer care" and had the patience to help me sort things at my speed - the sort of helpful member of staff most Banks (and many other Building Societies) could only dream off :) I was so grateful she answered the phone, as these days far too many managers and staff members think if it is "easy to them," it ought to be simple to the customer - which very ofter is not always the case. So 12 out of 10 for going "over and beyond." Reviewed on: 5th June 2025
