Customer support.

I went into branch with my husband as we were having a problem accessing our online savings.Staff on duty were more than helpful and very patient. We were helped with how to set up passwords and staff downloaded the app onto my phone. As we are older customers this support is invaluable and not something banks offer anymore. Indeed our bank no longer has branches we can access. Reviewed on: 6th May 2025
