On line account opening

I spoke to Kendra today as I was having difficulty setting up and online account. We tried numerous ways and after a long time with the assistance of Kendra we succeeded. Kendra offered infinite patience and was so happy and helpful throughout this task. She was calm, knowledgeable and so so helpful. She was extremely polite and understanding determined to help me open the online account. A credit to your company. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

Can't recommend too highly

I was having problems accessing my account online, so phoned the 0800 number for help. The phone was answered immediately and offered me two options, of which I chose the first: "Services" I think it was. That line was immediately answered by a very kind and competent person, who sorted out my problems, including the multiple times I entered the wrong password and locked myself out again.
