High standards of service and respect to their members.

i have been a member for years but moving from Birmingham to Portsmouth about 3 years ago, I had to use most of my savings to settle down ( redecorating, buying furnitures and white goods, utility bills....) and had to close my account with the Saffron Building Society, After getting some money coming in, I contacted the Saffron Building Society who agreed to reopen an account with me and now I have 3 accounts. The service is of high standard with respect of the members. Very decent savings rates and I feel my money is safe with the Saffron Building Society. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

A Building Society that is there for its members..
