I had such a wonderful experience with Sarah. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish and was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Sarah helped me update my book, which hadn’t been done in over 19 years, and made the whole process feel so easy and straightforward. What really stood out to me was how genuinely interested she was in me as a person. She took the time to chat with me about my plans to use the money towards my travels, which made the experience feel much more personal and enjoyable.
