Everything has gone smoothly. They've got some good regular saver rates, but their easy access account rates aren't fantastic. Reviewed on: 21st June 2024

Renewed a fixed account.

I was sent a message to renew a fixed account. Instructions said to select 'maturity options' but there was no option. I messaged about this but received no reply. The next day I checked and the option button was there. Reviewed on: 21st June 2024

Unreliable banking experience, poor communication

Saffron closed my new account w/o any Comms & sent vague email about withdrawal. I suspected security breach. Asked Saffron twice, you told I wasn't eligible to open the acct. Why not inform cust while opening acct? Why take a week to act?I'm disappointed with very laissez faire attitude. No response to my 13 June2024 email Disappointed Reviewed on: 21st June 2024

Account closed without warning

My last experience was getting an email from you telling me my withdrawal had been processed. Given I hadn't made one I was a tad worried, until I logged in and found you'd closed my account without warning. Apparently I didn't qualify for a member account as I hadn't been a member on some date in 2023, which I was a bit miffed by as I've had accounts with you on and off for years (although I've long lived in Yorkshire I was formerly in Essex, hence the connection).
