REALLY REALLY SHOODY BANK!

REALLY REALLY SHOODY BANK! You keep sending me KYC forms for my business savings account which don’t come from a saffron email address and don’t link to the saffron website then you don’t reply to emails I send questioning their authenticity but you keep pestering me to fill it in! Reply to emails and I’d you’re going to ask customers for personal details then at least send it from your official email addresses you amateurs! Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

.My share of happiness.

Over the years my interactions with the Society have been by telephone. I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism and patience of the people who have helped me. In terms of savings I find the rates offered are always competitive. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024

Savings due for renewal.

Savings due for renewal. Received paperwork in post with details of options for reinvesting. Straightforward and clear only query was the amount needed to put in box for reinvesting (did not know what interest would be so total amount not known). Quick phone call solved problem but would not have been necessary if explained on form.
