Opened fixed bond one year ago in joint names. Account was opened with Applicant 2 as Applicant 1 & 1 as 2. I was told computer decides which applicant to name as applicant 1 regardless of how I chose to complete the application form. I asked why then did you have application forms reading Applicant 1 & Applicant 2 if the decision is left to the computer. I requested this be reversed - the a/c was closed & re- opened. Feb 24 a/c matured - I found names were still wrong way round. Again requested this was put right, £5000 sent to nominated bank a/c & bond re-invested. All forms were completed & sent. Upon maturity, the whole amount plus interest was paid to nominated a/c & bond account was left open with zero balance. I was told, once again, this was a computer error & I needed to arrange for the funds to be sent back. Therefore the computer decided to ignore my instructions & carry out a withdrawal for which your organisation holds no signed authority. However, the adviser would not carry out my request for a £5000 withdrawal without a signed authority from both applicants which I had to send by post, yet your computer could carry out a £25000 withdrawal with no authority & put it down to a ‘computer error’ - I did not transfer the funds back nor did I get a call back. Therefore if the customer is not valued why is the feedback important? Sorry if this is long, I have tried to stick to the main points leaving out many details. I feel disappointed and let down & now have no confidence Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Problems accessing my online account

Previously I have been able to access my regular saver online and give my maturity instructions but this year I couldn’t log on. I saw that there was a problem with Safari but I wasn’t able to log on with Chrome either. Everyone I know who has a Saffron account has had to either phone or send a form in the post. I hope you manage to sort this out soon. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

You seem overloaded and confused.

You seem overloaded and confused. You don't reply to e mail . Your are very helpful on phone but chasing your tails. For example because one account is on line and other branch only u created two identities for me then took z week or so merge them. The info and details in your stc letters is wrong and needs updating Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

After several attempts to set up an e saver account...

After several attempts to set up an e saver account we gave up as nothing worked. The in shop staff we fantastic but because it was an Internet based account they could not help. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
