Online system for those with iPads or iphones

My issue is the problem with accessing your online services which was never resolved. It is incredible that your system does not enable access to iPads or iPhones. I sent emails which were not replied to and phoned your support services who was not an it person and quoted that as yet not possible Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

IT systems and support consistently poor.

IT systems and support are consistently poor. Saffron comes over as a small building society that is trying to punch above its weight. And not succeeding. Its approach to customer complaints needs upgrading too. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
