Making older members, who are not technologically schooled. make up yet another password for the sake of an extra symbol and not allowing us just to add it to the old one makes no sense in security terms and nearly locked out the account Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

I can't access my account online, via phone or laptop. No one has been able to rectify as yet. Requested call back, didn't happen, received an email days later to say phone on this freephone number etc... Already made 2 calls and 3 emails! Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

If you are going to upgrade your system (advised weekend of 9/10 Dec) it is very important that customers are not inconvenienced and issues should be resolved quickly. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

Fixed term Savings a/c certificate didn't show interest rate. Was 5.15% and not 5.4% I had applied for. Summary information sheet states 5.4%, so imagine how annoyed I would have been after 2 years to find it less. You didn't inform me! Reviewed on: 20th December 2023
