If passwards are hidden for the customer, there is no way to check a written mistake. Would it be a good idea if the password could be written in plain English, which could then be hidden. Reviewed on: 7th December 2023

Everyone is so helpful. The only own side is the call waiting system, but even that isnt as bad as most banks/building societies. Reviewed on: 6th December 2023

A good experience due to Nicola’s help. It was unfortunate the problem with the rogue error preventing me logging in couldn’t be resolved, maybe if with the Technical Department input. Reviewed on: 6th December 2023
