U opened a new account 4 me but I am unable to fund it because when I open my existing accounts it is not visible. I asked you to fund it by transfer from my existing account. You say u can't do this I must phone you. It is inconvenient to phone. Reviewed on: 20th September 2024

Opened a savings account, but the cheque wasn’t deposited for nearly 2 weeks, had to go into the SW branch to ask why it hadn’t been deposited. Customer service at its best!

My problem with being locked out of my online account was dealt with so well, even though it took a few contacts to resolve. The staff were so friendly and efficient. It's so good to get to talk to an advisor (not a machine), without delays, when doing 'on line' chats and by phone. I would definitely recommend this building society.
