He was very helpful, although said he had only been there a couple of weeks. Very polite, and wanted to check he was doing things correctly as was first time he had done what I came in for. Reviewed on: 18th October 2023

Please keep this 0800 service available. Many building societies have dispensed with personal service, even for complex enquiries. Not everyone has technology they can use or in a secure environment. I particularly hate chat bots. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I feel that someone should have been in an office to sit down with me and do the paperwork. Going backwards and forwards to the cashier and having to queue again was not good customer service. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I'm happy with the experience. I know a lot of people will be too impatient to wait the times it takes to set up a new payee and to transfer money out of a Saffron account, but I'm very patient and appreciate the time, effort and security. Reviewed on: 10th October 2023
