I'm happy with the experience. I know a lot of people will be too impatient to wait the times it takes to set up a new payee and to transfer money out of a Saffron account, but I'm very patient and appreciate the time, effort and security. Reviewed on: 10th October 2023

A member of your team called me and asked me to call back but it was impossible to get through. I kept queuing and then having to give up because I was driving etc. Queue system needs to tell you what number you are in queue. Took all day. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023
