It feels like a small company working to provide a personal service despite having been sucked into the need for so much to be online. I did feel I was left dangling after initially opening the account online though. Got there in the end. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

The main thing is that I didn't get the information I needed. At the end of the conversation the person told me to call a 0800 number or go personally to the branch where I have the account (Royston) Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Waited too long queuing for phone to be answered, waited over a month for acct to be opened, even after phone calls, input my info incorrect,waiting now for User ID and acct certificate which was not sent and email password. So poor. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023
