Lovely Experience

I had Caroline helping me today she was very friendly, helpful and efficient when serving me. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped me with multiple things: updating my book, transferring money and changing address. She made it a very easy experience. Freddie - super efficient customer service, thank you.

I spoke to Freddie and asked for a tax statement (regulatory statement) for the tax year April 2023 - 2024. He was very polite and helpful. He immediately picked up on me mentioning that I was logged into my account and uploaded the regulatory statement for me whilst speaking to me. I was able to print it straight away.
