Likes: Easy enough to open a new savings account. Dislikes: Having to wait for a letter containing my access code to get online. Could quite easily be done via email like other banks do. Online banking and the app look and feel very basic Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

More clarity on the website about interest. I opted for monthly interest but was unable to find when this was payable and had to ring to ask. This is not a complaint, just an observation, or failing that, me not seeing this on line! Reviewed on: 15th August 2023
