Opening the account was easy. Trying to log on to the online portal was atrocious, hence me having to call twice having been locked out of my account 10 or more times. I eventually gave up and emailed asking to close the account. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

Incomplete correspondence from Saffron about the process of opening an account online.. This resulted in having to contact you by phone and endure the unacceptably long wait to speak to somebody. Completely unnecessarily. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

I have just gone online for my account. When setting up SBS as a payee from my account ( Barclays) it said SBS would not allow details of their sort code and account number to be confirmed. I wonder why this happens ? Reviewed on: 15th August 2023
