Staff are friendly and best of all capable and empowered to perform the request there and then - no transferring to a colleague, minimal time on hold. Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

The ease with the initial transactions. What could be improved was the fact that your system was “down” and a task was set up to complete the transaction. This didn’t happen until I visited the branch 3 days later . Reviewed on: 10th July 2023
