Ease of opening but should have been refused during opening if I did not qualify not the day after when I had set up the standing order and arranged the transfer. Reviewed on: 4th July 2023

I opened an account online and received correspondence confirming it was open and ready for deposits. It explained how to make a deposit and how to access the account online. I was told on the call I was not eligible for the account. Poor. Reviewed on: 4th July 2023
