We found it immensely frustrating that when we came to make use of our funds recently we were unable to because the ability to withdraw had been blocked. Access to our own money at a time of need - blocked! Ridiculous. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

My dismay is with the (lack of) speed of the Society to offer new products with interest rates reflecting the recent upsurge in the bank base rate. I had no option but to transfer my maturing funds elsewhere. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023
