After several attempts to set up an e saver account...

Seeking a good investment

I find it difficult logging into my account.

I find it difficult logging into my account. My memorable password very rarely works and I can't get support by email or text to end up having to call, which I always put off. I know the password is right but it very rarely works. Once I do access my accounts, which seems to be every six months due to logging on issues I don't have any problems with the data or my accounts. Missing data, but good & fast customer service answers

Firstly, I was trying to setup the initial SO from my Lloyds a/c into my newborn son's new Saffron savings a/c. I found it strange that that basic info (account # + branch sort code) was _not_ shared in the emails i received following the a/c opening ?? very strange :-? --- However, once i emailed Saffron, my enquiry was dealth with speedily and resolved. Then I had a follow-up issue over the credit interest listed on the Saffron account page - it was misleading (showing 0.05% or something when the account was billed as a 5.8% account.) - Again, emailed them and that was clarified. However, I suggest that this information be more clearly communicated, or a note on the account page (asterix * or something simply explain that the full CR interest will show once a minimum balance is paid into the account!) simple thing to do, but I feel that's missing.
