I have found the responses I have received from Saffron online to be slow. I think you need to look into your new application process as there appears to be a problem offering an initial balance when this is not possible. Reviewed on: 12th June 2023

Up until now I've been really impressed with Saffron. The issue is still unresolved, so I suppose I'm slightly disappointed that after contacting you by telephone a simple, straightforward solution couldn't have been sorted out. Reviewed on: 12th June 2023
