I have found dealing with Saffron a pleasant experience but more recently I have been dissatisfied with the rates offered, especially as I have saved with the Saffron so long. How about a loyalty premium rate like the Nationwide. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2023

They always greet me with a smile, sometimes my name and are always happy to help in any way. Saffron is now one of the few building societies that still issue passbooks...thank you! That sets you apart from other societies. Reviewed on: 19th May 2023
