Short wait time to get through, very helpful staff member. Interaction was straight forward. That said I do have online banking and the account created for me due to savings maturity is not compatible with online requests eg transfer funds Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I am continually disappointed that financial institutions only open during regular working hours and very little on Sunday. This makes it very difficult for those of us who work full time. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
