I feel that I should have received notification of maturity options around 4 weeks in advance, but was able to select my preferred option online a week before receiving email notification of options. Maturity accounts should accept new cash Reviewed on: 30th January 2023

I was promised a leaflet, but this was omitted from the package. I did have very much better assistance from Katie Usher at the Bishop's Stortford branch, who did her best to sort things out, and provided excellent service. Reviewed on: 28th January 2023
