Opened a new savings account with a larger financial institution which was painless & required evidence x1 of my new abode. Saffron required it multiple times with different documents & not originals, had to get witnessed which was awkward. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2023

I personally prefer to have a human interface to make requests and receive answers/feedback etceteras. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make the you, the customer/investor feel that the service they offer is personal. Trust. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2023
