Poor opening hours at COL branch need to be extended. Have tried to open account online (ISA) but you cannot verify my bank details so I need to go into branch again as I don’t want to give account details via email Reviewed on: 28th November 2022

My nearest branch is Brentwood and with it now closed on Saturdays, I'm unable to get into health when necessary. When will.the temporary hours change? Reviewed on: 28th November 2022

I left my passbook for 30 days as required when switching from 30 day notice saver to branch saver. When I collected the book I asked if it was ok and was told yes. I had to make a call to head office and a further trip to branch to sort it Reviewed on: 28th November 2022
