Customer service excellent. Savings rates not really great.Aware will only get £11 interest after 12 months but like being a customer of Saffron and did save a lot on one of Rewards with Vision Express Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

Happy to see customers face to face, use cheques & not push for online transactions. Unlike the Halifax who couldnt give us a face to face appointment before January & actively encourage you to open accounts online. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022
