On your website please include telephone number and email address for Head Office clearly. It took me some time to track down the head office number. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

The low score relates to the fact it took two calls to get the call answered and had to wait over 20 mins each time I find this generally what happens if I ever need to call Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

I like the fact that the call centre answered almost immediately unlike the abysmal service from so many other banks and building societies at present. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

In our case we were leaving our life savings with Saffron for another year and I think you need to do what you say you'll do and not cause the customer to have to check up on you. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021
