Excellent support from Charlotte

I spoke with Charlotte after being locked out of my savings account. She was extremely helpful and talked me through the process to get it unlocked and reset my password. She offered to stay on the line with me even once the temporary password had been issued so I could get logged back in successfully. Great service, Charlotte was very friendly! Visit to Halstead branch

I visited Halstead branch to sort out a savings product. The staff member was helpful and friendly. I was able to sign up there and then, with the chap completing all tge paperwork for me. It's nice to be able to visit a physical branch as it is quicker to get things done. Reviewed on: 6th February 2026

A great online savings account in every way
